Caring for the Soul in Supervision Space
This experiential 2-day workshop (now expanded from the 1 day version) is designed for counselling supervisors, trainee supervisors and counselling practitioners with at least 3 years post-qualifying experience who wish to explore and integrate spirituality into their current and future supervision practice. The course will explore the mystical aspects of supervision, allowing participants to tap into their innate spirituality and create a more holistic and transformative supervision space. You do not have to have a faith or adhere to any religious philosophy in order to benefit from this course.
Working with the soul/alchemical/mystical experiences in Supervision can be a provocative and vulnerable topic. We will hold a respectful safe space for whatever you wish to bring to the day with us, respecting your beliefs and any spiritual path you might be following.
Aims of the Course
1. Explore the role of spirituality/soul/alchemy in counselling supervision, and share how this is expressed through your work.
2. Uncover ways that you already connect to your spirituality and explore new ways of integrating this.
3. Foster a deeper connection with supervisees/supervisors through spiritual insights and practices.
4. Recognise the importance and personal responsibility of working with your shadow.
5. Understand how to ignite, develop and express you inner wisdom and intuitive capacities.
Experience a new lens in supervision through the alchemical framework the Ancient Mother Spiral
