- 01Most therapeutic approaches focus on the content of your life—your history, your trauma, and your personality. This inquiry focuses on the Context. We investigate the silent, unfragmented Presence in which your life is happening. It is a "Directed Focus" more like a "vertical focus" where we look past the layers of conditioning to recognize the I AM— the part of you that has never been broken, partitioned, or separated from the whole. What many contemplative traditions refer to as Deep Heart, what Clarissa Pinkola Estes refers to as Unbroken Heart, and what i call in my body of work as the Honeyed Vessel Heart, that goes beyond the Human Heart.
- 02In Presence-Centered Psychotherapy, we are tending to your "human garden"—soothing the nervous system and integrating the "Pain Body." In Nondual Inquiry, we move from the garden to the Gardener. Therapy: "How can I, as a person, feel better?" Inquiry: "Who is this 'I' that is experiencing these feelings?" We bypass the weekly narrative to investigate the very mechanics of how your mind creates the "Cry of Separation."
- 03The Threshold: If you still need a mothering presence to hold your wounds, stay in Presence-Centered Psychotherapy. If you are ready for a mirror that shows you your own infinite reflection, step into Inquiry. Inquiry is a "Directed Focus." It is sharper and more demanding than the gentle "osmosis" and organic loosening of our rigid self structures through pcp psychotherapy. Use this checklist to discern if the Truth Gateway is open for you: Baseline Stability: Do you have enough ground in your nervous system that you can look at the "nothingness" of ego without spinning into terror? From "Why" to "Who": Are you bored of talking about why you feel this way (PCP territory) and more interested in who is feeling it? The Witness Muscle: Can you sit in a session and notice a thought as "just a thought" rather than "the absolute truth of me"? A Desire for Mastery: Are you ready to stop being a victim of your mind’s "subtle grasps" and start mastering the mechanics of how you create your own separation?
- 04The mind loves to turn nonduality into a cold, intellectual philosophy. My work ensures the Truth is felt in the marrow. It has been my Journey as a Mother and a Devotee of the Fierce Feminine Consciousness I am here to Ripple. Poetic: We use the resonance of the word and "mystic pointers" to bypass the logical brain; Embodied: We use the body’s sensations and the vibration of the voice as portals. Realization isn't an idea you have; it’s an "is-ness" you embody. I lean into your metaphor subtle language, the language of your soul and adapt any pointers to YOUR way of processing and analysing the world inside and outside of you We look at your language to begin with, as it is an important "garment" part of the Self Realisation Process
- 05The AuDHD mind often has a natural gift for Hyper-focus and Pattern Recognition. In this inquiry, we use those traits as a "Directed Focus" laser. Instead of trying to "quiet" your busy mind, we use its intensity to track the sense of Being back to its source. We don't ask you to "mask" or process in a linear way; we follow the rhizomatic, spiral intelligence of your unique neurological landscape. NOT what conventional contemplative traditions will teach you!
- 06We don't "chat" about your week. At all if possible although "story" may emerge as part of the inherent now-ness and we can trust this. We sit with the immediacy of the "Now." Guided Heart-Inquiry: I offer specific, pointed questions that help you identify the subtle ways you "move into separation." Sensing the 'I AM': We follow the felt sense of your existence through guided visualizations or poetry. Deconstruction: We gently look at the "blind spots" where you’ve accidentally identified with a limited ego-self, allowing those structures to dissolve in the light of awareness. more importantly this is NOT a DOING, but rather trusting the simplicity of BEING. Is this a "Spiritual" practice? It is a practice of Self-Realization. While it aligns with many contemplative and mystical traditions (like the nondual teachings of the "Path of the Heart"), you don't need any specific beliefs. In fact, it's often easier if you leave your beliefs at the door. We are looking for what is True, not what is believed.
- 07Before you choose a service, sit with the Cry of Separation. This is not a "clinical symptom"; it is the soul’s exhaustion. Feel the Mask: The literal physical tension in your jaw and shoulders from performing "normalcy" for decades. Feel the Loneliness: That background hum that whispers, "I am here, but I am not seen." Feel the Seeking: The endless treadmill of courses, books, and "self-work" that never quite reaches the core of the ache. If you are tired of working on yourself and are ready to see through the self, you are feeling the specific longing for Inquiry.
- 08Focus: Directed Vertical Dive, Mastery of Mind, and Self-Realization. Individual Intensive (70 mins): £ 90- £120 The extra time allows for the "melting moments" of poetry and deep, silent inquiry to land in the body.
