We aim to create a space of BEING- where you relearn your own inner rhythms, and the freedom that you are. All offerings will be invitations and no demands for participations or sharing .you will be accepted as you ARE in each and given moment.

• The beach is 45 minutes on feet, which we can arrange to travel as a group/tribe , and journey into walking through nature so we Begin to USE consciuosly and actively Nature in our walking as the liminal space. we CAN be rooted in Two worlds in our Mothering so we learn to Mother with and FROM Soul

We use Somatic Poetic Inquiry and presence Circles to unlock the limiting beliefs that keep you small. Our days are a blend of the sacred and the "Mundane Magic, to unravel and drink from all the dimensions of the Archetype of the MOTHER.

🌱 Mundane Magic & Low-Demand Laughter: We celebrate the "ridiculous" reality of a mother’s life—like searching for your phone while you’re talking on it. We find the spiritual wisdom hidden in the ordinary, allowing for shared laughter that requires zero "performance."

• 🌱 The Full-Spectrum Unmask: Bring the loving parts and the "tiny dictator" energy. The soprano screams of frustration and the whispered exhaustion of the long-term caregiver. In this space, your "unmasked" self isn't just tolerated—it is the guest of honor.

  
  

• 🌱 Creative Space Without the "Healing" Tax: Permission to write, create, or just exist in parallel play with others. There is no transformation promised and no "healing" required. We provide the container; you decide if you want to dive deep or simply lie on the earth. The Alchemical Methods (The Craft we have Experience in)

• Archetypal Alchemy & The Spiral: We work with the Archetype of the Mother as understood through the Ancient Mother Spiral. This is not just theory; it is a physical map we use to navigate your internal landscape... enriched further by the writings from eco-psychology, transpersonal psychotherapy ( Marion Woodman's work), matrescence studies, and the divine feminine ... predominantly by embodied direct expeirence

• The River Descent- Immersion : A guided walking journey through the Cretan gorge, ending at the sea. ( 45 -1hr mins walk) and our 1minute walk to our personal River. This is a liminal initiation—using the movement of your body through nature to translate the language of your soul.

• Drumming & Dream-Work: We use rhythmic drumming journeys to access the subconscious. When dreams arrive in the night, we work with them as living transmissions, weaving them into the light of the circle. Embodying and Enfleshing them , using Jungian Depth Psychology principles.

• Intergenerational Healing: Using my training in Thomas Hübl’s Ancestral Healing Code, we look at the Mother Line. We address the "Ancient Spiral" of your ancestry with ten years of embodied experience, clearing the path for the version of you that is arriving. We will offer input from psychodrama, ancestral healing ,constellation work with safety and containement and conscious integration

Anna Moraki

Anna Moraki is a mother to Alina, a transpersonal psychotherapist, breathwork and Kundalini Dance facilitator, certified Yoga teacher, a mother, a daughter and a modern mystic.

She has delved into Tantra and the path of the heart for many years and her work is all about embodying our souls true Essence. Through her own healing journey and her work as a therapist she invites you to embrace all parts of you and to unleash your authentic expression, to remember your sacred gifts and your true Self.

She works with the Kundalini life force energy, through dance, rituals, healing sessions and transpersonal tools to awaken your sometimes hidden potential.

These were the words I spoke as I prepared to leave patriarchal Crete for the UK, following a knowing in my gut : a compelling urge to flee because I could no longer bear the comfortable suppression of my soul.

Within three days, I left my ancestral Minoan homeland, beginning a deeply spiritual and alchemical journey that would birth my life's body of work, the Ancient Mother Spiral and eventually call me home to these sacred shores with deeper wiser understanding.

I am Maria Kefalogianni: a mother of three children ( Iosef, Yiannis and Iphianassa), a presence centered psychotherapist, and creator of the Ancient Mother Spiral Framework. AMS is an ontological framework of a revolutionary paradigm shift that addresses the shift of consciousness through the portal of the MOTHER. There will be more unfolding of the teachings of AMS on my Substack

This work was born and remembered, from my own spirallic spiritual journey , and descent, from exile to inner belonging, understanding intimately what it means to leave everything familiar in service of your soul's calling.

The inner union is here. What Ancient Greeks called "Ieros Gamos" Holy marriage ( of masculine-feminine).

As a mother, I know the alive tension of nurturing others while your own wild wisdom whispers to be reclaimed. I came from a lineage of strong matriarchs who also self abandoned. I understand the exhaustion of holding it all together, the guilt of dreaming beyond the daily demands, the fear that taking time for yourself might somehow break the delicate ecosystem you've worked so hard to maintain.

For over 16 years, I have guided and held groups, mothers and women through their own spirals of becoming. Author of Honey and Ash: Mothers' Alchemy of Burn and Bloom, a book channeled straight from the Great Mother, I understand how motherhood can be both the greatest catalyst for awakening and the place where we most lose ourselves.
