It is about truly slowing down and listening to the whispers of the wind, the secrets of the Earth and living life rooted in the liminal ( in-between places). It is a call to be and live with through Presence. It is a guided descent into the rich darkness to discover your inner fire - your Shakti consciousness - as the proper fuel for bringing meaningful change to yourself and the world. It is the path of embodied surrender.

This is an intensive, one-on-one container where we will work deeply with the spiral of transformation. Through a process of presence-centred guidance, and the wisdom of the Ancient Mother Spiral, we will:

• Cultivate Deep Listening: Learn to attune to the subtle language of your body, your intuition, and your soul's calling. 

• Navigate the 'In-Between': Safely explore the liminal spaces in your life, finding your grounding even when things feel uncertain

• Weave Ritual into Your Life: Discover meaningful, personal rituals and ceremonies that can support you daily.

• Embrace Your Whole Self: Work with archetypal wisdom to illuminate your path through challenges and uncover your innate strength. Eg: work with the wisdom of the "dark goddess" and other archetypes to light your path through shadow and reveal your strength.

• Engage in Creative Inquiry: Use embodied and poetic methods to bypass mental blocks and access direct, transformative insights 

• Gently Release What Holds You Back: Lovingly deconstruct limiting beliefs and patterns to make space for your most authentic self to emerge

• Map Your Spiral together : Chart your unique rhythm for navigating life's cycles of endings, regeneration, and new beginnings

We will be meeting once a month for 2hr immersions. Cost is on a sliding scale between £150-£300 per 2hr session.

The recommended time of working together is 6 months, to allow deep-seated shifts and clarity to emerge.
