The Call: Beyond the Old Maps

My path is rooted in one truth: I know what it’s like when the old maps no longer make sense. Before I was a therapist, I was a client who burned out. I have been broken open by motherhood, the confusion of migration, and the exhaustion of trying to force a neurodivergent mind into a linear world.

The Discovery: The Cry of Separation

​

As a psychotherapist, I realized that beneath the clinical labels of anxiety and depression lies a more painful, unspoken truth. I call it the "Cry of Separation."

It is:

• The constant, low hum of loneliness, even when you are surrounded by people.

• The "Pain Body"—the accumulated weight of intergenerational trauma and unmet needs.

• The burnout that comes from a lifetime of hiding your true neurological rhythm.

• The ache for a home you feel you’ve never known.

• The Grief and Rage for a collapsing world, and how to remain in Trust In Life and your contribution to Life ?

In 2019, my own fire of longing for belonging and contribution became my medicine. A profound consciousness shift—a "dark night of the soul"—dissolved my perpetual seeking and birthed Presence Centered Psychotherapy™. I don't just offer techniques; I offer a path forged in the fire of my own awakening.

The Three Gateways: Alchemizing Ash into Honey

1. Presence-Centered Psychotherapy (PCP)

 

The Gateway of Healing: For the Exhausted Mother, Human, If you are caught in the grip of wounding, burnout, or the exhaustion of masking. Here, we settle the nervous system. We meet the "Cry of Separation" with a fierce, non-pathologizing presence. By loosening the grip on the "ego-self," we allow healing to emerge as a byproduct of newfound spaciousness.

2. Nondual Embodied Poetic Inquiry

The Gateway of Truth: For the Seeker If you have a "witness muscle" and aches for the Truth beyond the story.

We bypass the weekly narrative to look directly at the subtle ways the mind moves into separation.

Through poetic inquiry and guided visualizations, we identify the "blocks" and "grasps" of the ego to reveal the I AM that has never been broken.

3. The Ancient Mother Spiral (AMS)

The Gateway of Power: For the Creative Soul If you have "emptied" the old stories and are ready to meet your Life Force. This is a sacred descent into the dreaming body. Drawing on my Minoan (Cretan) ancestry, we use ritual and somatic movement to alchemize your Sacred Rage into creative power.

• Best for: Reclaiming sovereignty and expressing your Shakti consciousness.

I do not take for granted seating arrangements, eye contact, or "standard" clinical distances.

• Unmasking as Sacred: We don't "manage" your neurodivergence; we follow its deep, spiral intelligence.

• Decolonial Practice: We bridge the gap between evidence-based clinical safety (Somatic Work, IFS, Jungian Psychology) and ancestral, spirit-led wisdom.

I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience ,as well as a supervisor to therapists and space-holders, trainer , writer in studies of consciousness and a mystic poet.

 

The heart of my work is rooted in what I embody. My journey of healing intergenerational trauma—guided intuitively and spirit-led—has shaped how I hold space for others. I continue to deepen this path through both ongoing study and inner work, integrating ancestral wisdom with embodied presence.

My approach is grounded in what contemplative traditions call the Universal Heart; what i call in my body of work "the Honeyed Vessel", offering you a space to meet life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and grace.
