A Soul-Deep Space for Women Tired of "Holding It All Together"

You carry so so much, for your family, your career, and the pain of the world. If you sense there’s more to this path than just survival, and if something within you is whispering to be reclaimed, this is your sign. we enter this spiral again and again , with deeper consciousness each time.

The 🌿 Beyond Survival: The Mother Alchemy circle is an intentionally gentle, soul-deep space for women who crave depth over doing. 

Over six weeks, we gather as a small sangha (sacred circle), walking an Ancient Mother Spiral a path of remembering, not fixing. This is not a course to master or a task to complete; it is a soft,( and fierce) therapeutic descent into your truth. We walk into the mystery of the moment. This circle is infused with the teachings of Marion Woodman and her feminine path of Individuation. Marion arrived on my path from the "Virgin" territory and quite synchnronistically to come and offer me a holding hand for how i evolve the Ancient Mother Spiral.

You don't need to be whole or healed to begin. You dont even need to feeel "ready", just willing to not navigate this ALONE. You only need to feel the quiet pull toward inner re-alignment. to relearn the contemplative wisdom of Inter-Being- , the ancient wisdom of WE ..

This circle is grounded in both professional trauma-informed support and deep contemplative practice. You will be lovingly guided by a therapist experienced in supporting women through transition, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion And discover our active ways to converse with the wisdom of your Soul. SOUL work is SLOW WORK, so we take all pressures off and we BREATHE..

IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A PARENT ; a WOMAN NEEDS OTHER WOMEN

Each weekly session provides contemplative practices for anchoring the spiral into daily life, with embodied poetic non-dual meditations by Maria:

• Contemplative Presence: Guided practices to step out of constant 'doing' and anchor fully in the present moment, increasing self-awareness.

• Be introduced into the Teachings and philosophy of the Ancient Mother Spiral Rites of Passage, to accompany you as map of holding and containing in the future, beyond the circle.

  
  

• Myth & Archetype Exploration: We explore universal stories and embodied teachings to help you see who you are beneath the roles of mother, professional, or caretaker.

  
  

• Rituals & Tools: Learn simple, powerful rituals and tools to bring the healing back into your home, moving from theoretical knowledge to practical, daily embodiment.

  
  

• Deep Witnessing: Experience sharing without pressure to perform. This intimate setting (max 8 women) ensures a safe space where you are simply witnessed and held.

• Weaving the wisdom of Marion Woodman, Joanna Macy and more of my influences to enrich your experiences..

We will use trauma informed principles and wholness informed ways of being to track the micro shifts of your internal states. By learning to lsiten to the body's signals from the bottom up you will slowly be able to open up , hold paradox, and tolerate complex emotional states without disconnecting.
