Presence-Centered Psychotherapy — 1:1 Sessions
A space to slow down, listen inwardly and reconnect with yourself.
I offer intentional one-to-one psychotherapy for people who are navigating change, overwhelm, trauma, identity questions, relationships, burnout or a deeper sense that something in their life needs to shift.
My work is grounded in Presence-Centered Psychotherapy© — a trauma-sensitive, relational and embodied approach that begins with the understanding that you are not broken and do not need to be fixed.
Together, we create a space where you can slow down enough to notice what is happening beneath the surface.
We may explore your emotions, relationships, thoughts, bodily sensations, patterns and the parts of yourself that have learned to protect, adapt or hide.
I don't apply a fixed set of techniques to you. Instead, I draw from a range of therapeutic and embodied approaches according to who you are, how you process experience and what feels appropriate in the moment.
This may include:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Somatic and embodiment practices
Trauma-informed mindfulness
Jungian psychology and shadow work
Family and ancestral exploration
Creative and symbolic work
Embodied inquiry and contemplative practices
The relationship between us is central.
You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need, and you don't have to trust me immediately. We can begin with what is actually happening for you.
This work may be especially meaningful if you are:
navigating motherhood, identity or a major life transition
living with neurodivergence, burnout or chronic overwhelm
working through trauma, anxiety, grief or relationship difficulties
feeling disconnected from yourself or your sense of belonging
questioning an old way of living that no longer fits
experiencing a spiritual awakening or profound inner shift
longing to reconnect with your body, intuition or creativity
a therapist, healer or practitioner seeking deeper personal integration
The intention is not to turn you into a different person.
It is to create enough safety and presence for you to meet yourself more fully — and to discover the wisdom, agency and wholeness that may already be there.
This is the main 1:1 therapeutic work I offer.
How We Might Work Together
Therapy doesn't always have to happen through words alone.
Depending on what feels supportive and appropriate for you, our work may include movement, nature, imagery, sound, writing, creative expression or symbolic exploration.
We might work with:
Nature & Walk-and-Talk Therapy — using movement and the natural environment to support reflection and embodiment.
Creative Expression — through imagery, journaling, poetry, voice, sound and other forms of creative exploration.
Sandtray & Symbolic Work — using miniature objects and images to give form to experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
Embodied Practices — gently noticing sensations, impulses and responses in the body.
Archetypal & Imaginal Work — exploring symbols, stories and images that may illuminate something deeper within your experience.
There is no expectation that you need to be “creative” or have any artistic ability.
These are simply different doorways into experience.
We follow what feels meaningful for you rather than forcing a particular method.
