  • Session length: 60 minutes.

  • Cadence: usually weekly at the start, then taper to every two weeks or monthly as capacity grows.

  • Format: online video or in person, your choice.

  • Between sessions: short practices that fit a full day, two to ten minutes each.


Methods and tools in plain words


  • Nervous system regulation, breath, somatic grounding, orienting.

  • Parts work and attachment repair.

  • Stress loop mapping and habit design.

  • Present moment awareness with or without a spiritual frame, client choice.


How we track progress


  • Brief check ins each session on sleep, reactivity, focus, and relationship ease.

  • Simple zero to ten scales on your goals, for example sleep, irritability, boundary follow through.

  • Optional symptom screens when useful, with referrals if medication or specialized care is needed.


Safety and boundaries


  • Consent first, clear scope, paced to your system.

  • Confidential care aligned with ethical codes and local law.

  • Not a crisis service. If acute risk is present, we create a safety plan and involve appropriate services.


Practicalities


  • Transparent fees and scheduling are covered on a short fit call.

  • Private pay. Receipts for reimbursement where applicable.

  • GDPR compliant records and secure video platform.

  • Clear cancellation policy shared before we begin.


Collaboration


  • With your consent, I coordinate with your GP, psychiatrist, coach, or partner therapist.

  • Concise updates on goals and progress available on request.
