If spiritual depth matters to you, we can include it. If you prefer a secular frame, we keep it practical and skills based.

  • Consent first, always. Clear boundaries and steady pacing.

  • Confidential, LGBTQIA+ inclusive. Welcoming women, trans women, and non-binary people who relate to womanhood.

  • If acute risk is present, we plan for safety and bring in the right support.
