Through humility compassion playfulness and presence, we make space to alchemise and transmute the shadow into gold.

Decolonising the old regime through alchemising our grief, rage and all ancestral burdens into the temenos of our Heart, we transmute old trauma to potent medicine.

The Still Centre is a gentle online gathering for women who feel life deeply and want to stay rooted in what truly matters. We meet every two weeks in a shared space of honesty and care. You are welcome just as you are.
